Conditions that apply: Must be at least 16 years of age and not yet 25 years of age, a U.S. citizen or lawful resident; parental or guardian consent is required. Must not have graduated from High School or be lacking basic skills in English, Reading, Writing and Math. Applicants must want to enroll, be free of behavioral problems, not be legally involved in criminal charges or proceedings, must pass a drug screen on admission and remain drug free, no violence or threats of violence - ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.
