Tennessee Resource Manuals
The following manuals are made possible through Community Advisory Boards whose mission is to build supportive resources unique to their location, wrapping needed services to assist and encourage the families of the community with an emphasis on responsibility of community involvement, interagency communication, resource development, and continuing education. The board assists in providing services to children and their families by networking, and resource development.
- Rhea County Resource Manual: This grassroots project was made possible by Rhea County's United Way in conjunction with the Bryan College under the leadership of the Rhea County Community Advisory Board. The board has a committee designed to keep the manual updated on a annual bases.
- Bradley County Resource Manual: This grassroots project was made possible by Bradley County's Community Advisory Board in conjunction with the Department of Children Services. This project was started in April 2006 to link the community with current available resources. The board has a committee designed to keep the manual updated on a annual bases.
- McMinn & Meigs Resource Manual: This grassroots project was made possible by the McMinn County Community Advisory Board in conjunction with Tennessee Wesleyan College and the Department of Children Services. This project was started in August of 2006 to link the community with current available resources. The board has a committee designed to keep the manual updated on a annual bases.
